UJC pays tributes to five Kulgam militants

United Jihad Council (UJC) supremo and chief of Hizbul Mujahideen Syed Salahuddin on Monday paid tributes to five militants slain in a gunfight with the government forces in Kellam area of south Kashmir’s Kulgam district on Sunday.
The slain militants were all locals—including Waseem Bashir Rather of AshmujiKulgam; Zahid Parray of Gopalpora, DH Pora Kulgam; Idrees Bhat of Arwani Bijbehara in Anantnag district; Aaqib Nazir of Zongal PoraKulgam and ParvaizBhat of NuksanPora, Qaimoh Kulgam.
Terming the slain militants as “heroes”, Salahuddin in a statement to news agency CNS said that “their blood will not go in vain and will show its true colour one day.” He also condemned the use of pellets and force on civilians in Kellam area, and said “such tactics will never suppress the freedom sentiments of Kashmiris.” He said people of Kashmir will continue the struggle of their freedom for which they have been sacrificing from past 70 years. As per statement Field Commander Muhammad Bin Qasim also paid rich tributes to these slain militants.
