Appeal BOSE to declare their results
Scores of 12th class students from central Kashmir’s Budgam area of Magam protested on Monday against Jammu and Kashmir Board of School Education for not declaring their results.
Shouting slogans against the JKBOSE officials, they said their results were not mentioned in the results declared few days ago in Kashmir division by BOSE.
As per protesters, result of 128 students who appeared in board exams, Green View Public School of Magam, under center no 2410, but their result was not declared by JKBOSE authorities.
A student, Shahid Ahmad told Rising Kashmir, that they went to the BOSE office to enquire the reason for delaying of their result but the BOSE officials did not pay attention to their pleas.
“We have prepared for National Eligibility cum Entrance test (NEET) exams and some of us went for coaching also but due to delay in our results, we are not eligible for appearing in NEET,” he said.
Another student Dawood Bhat questioned the delay in declaration of results of 128 students. “We are suffering due to delay in results,” he said.
“We also went to office of Joint Secretary JKBOSE where he cited technical error reason for delaying the results of 128 students”, he said.
The protesting students appealed Secretary JKBOSE and Lt. Governor led administration that they should resolve their issue as soon as possible, so that their future may not be badly impacted.
